Guyanese cuisine meets Canadian fine dining at Peera. Cultures and flavours clash as a new twist on generational recipes are re-mastered. Peera, named after a West-Indian desert, is personification of the delicacy itself: something sweet and endearing, that reminds you of home, with the little kick of spice that keeps you on your toes. The logo itself pays homage to the tamarind plant, native to Guyana, Trinidad, Jamaica, and Barbados.
