EYEsthetics is a brand at the intersection of eye care and beauty, founded by two optometrists who saw a gap in the market and set out to fill it. With nothing but a name in place, they partnered with VOX to help them bring their vision to life—from concept to launch. The goal: develop a product and identity that feels like high-end skincare, but is rooted in clinical care and daily eye wellness.
PROBLEM
The EYEsthetics team had no brand, no website, and no product mockups—just an idea and a name. They needed a teaser campaign to build anticipation, a visual identity that could compete in the beauty space, and a fully functional e-commerce site ready to ship across North America.
On top of this, they were working against a tight timeline to launch their debut product, a hypochlorous acid spray, by Black Friday. Late in the build, they also decided to expand into the U.S. market—requiring a complete switch of web platforms, after the original site was already built.

SOLUTION
VOX provided end-to-end creative development. We began by designing a teaser campaign to begin building an email list while the full brand was still in the works. Next came a completely custom product design, with dozens of label iterations to get the look just right. Inspired by high-performing skincare brands, we focused on minimalism, elegance, and clarity to stand out on the shelf and in digital spaces.
Once the packaging and branding were finalized, we shot original product photography and rebuilt the e-commerce experience on Shopify—fully setting up the store’s functionality, integrating their shipping system, and rigorously testing every step of the process to ensure a seamless launch across North America. The final site featured a clean, conversion-friendly layout, product storytelling, and a tone that balanced science with softness. Their debut product, the Nom Nom Spray, launched to an excited audience just in time for Black Friday.
